3. Appointments and prices
- The website does not itself make or confirm an appointment.
- An appointment is confirmed only when Cabello Salon accepts it directly.
- Current prices, timing, availability and the agreed service are confirmed when you book or consult with us.
- Where a deposit is required, we will explain the amount, due date and applicable refund or transfer terms before you pay.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or late-arrival terms communicated and accepted when you book form part of the appointment agreement. A late arrival may require a shorter service or a rearranged appointment where there is not enough time to work safely and properly.
4. Consultations, suitability and results
Some services may require a consultation, strand test, allergy alert test or other suitability check. Please provide accurate information about relevant allergies, sensitivities, hair history, treatments or other circumstances when asked. We may change, postpone or decline a service where reasonably necessary for safety or suitability.
Hair condition, colour history, texture and home care vary, so examples and consultation goals do not amount to a promise of an identical result. We will agree a realistic service approach with you.
5. Under-18s
We may require a parent or guardian to arrange, approve or attend an appointment for a person under 18, depending on age and service. Contact the salon before booking so we can confirm the applicable requirement.
6. Conduct and belongings
Clients and visitors must treat staff, other clients and salon property respectfully. We may refuse or end a service where behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or seriously disruptive. Please take reasonable care of personal belongings while at the salon.
7. Images, content and intellectual property
The website design, writing, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Cabello Salon and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Salon and product names belonging to third parties remain their owners’ property.
Images labelled as concept imagery illustrate the website’s intended art direction and are not evidence of a specific client result or service performed by Cabello Salon.
